"I failed my way to success"

"I failed my way to success" - a phrase often attributed to Thomas Edison, capturing the essence of learning through failure. While there’s no proof he actually said it, the message resonates deeply with me. Over the years, I’ve been part of teams that developed products and features that either went unused or were too niche to justify the effort. But each "failure" taught us something invaluable.

In startups, I believe one of the most important cultural pillars is the ability to fail fast. This means testing relentlessly, building prototypes, and learning from the results. At Cellact, we call this our Proof of Concept (POC) approach. We create small, focused POCs to answer critical questions, knowing most will be abandoned. But the insights gained from these experiments are what drive us forward.

Similarly, with Arnacon, every piece of feedback - whether it’s a friendly critique or a hard truth - helps me uncover blind spots, refine ideas, and grow. Even when I’m completely wrong, it’s a step toward success.

My advice? Embrace a culture that celebrates failure as a stepping stone to progress. Avoid blaming external factors; instead, focus on what you can learn and improve. After all, every failure is a lesson in disguise.
